"Is this AI thing actually legit?"

It's a guidance and qualification tool, not a substitute for a professional. The assistant is restricted to a version-controlled registry of approved official sources, rejects unsupported factual answers and clearly identifies itself as AI. A licensed professional must confirm your position before any application is made.

"What happens to my details?"

We practise data minimisation and only ask for what is needed to help you. Your contact details are shared with a partner firm only after you explicitly consent. We operate under GDPR, with Wolsten Studios Ltd as data controller, and you can exercise your rights at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How our AI works (transparency note)

The assistant is an AI system you're interacting with knowingly. It can explain Cyprus routes, requirements, costs and timelines, and help you understand your options. It cannot give individual legal or tax advice, make decisions for you, or submit applications. Where a question needs professional judgement, it says so and routes you to a human. This reflects our ISO 42001-aligned approach to AI governance and the transparency expectations of the EU AI Act.
